Dating back to 1978, high quality management of our communities continues to be top priority and results in extraordinary resident care that offers quality of life to those who need it most. We like to call it a 360-win because our proven formula for success benefits everyone from residents and families to staff and owners.

It began with one idea, one vision, and one desire. Dr. Charles Bennett and Mrs. Birdie Bennett wanted to help meet the unmet needs of the elderly. Mrs. Birdie Bennett handled the daily operations and her philosophy guided property management & operations. At ACHS Management Group operated facilities, her philosophy is as alive today as it was 45 years ago. Her philosophy was that quality of life was key critical and it carried over into the operations of the facilities. It was so important to her for seniors to connect with others and fulfilling their critical need to be happy.
