Originally constructed in the 1960s, this non-profit community has history! The community was initially established by Tampa natives to offer comfortable, affordable housing to seniors who could not afford much.
Professionally managed by ACHS Management Group, Hacienda Villas is located in the heart of Tampa’s historic Ybor City. We have renovated rooms and office space under our management. While keeping its traditions alive to this day, this affordable housing community has experienced tremendous growth while continuing to specialize in HUD housing.
